Scheduling
One of the most significant aspects of a project is the scheduling of all of the construction activities. A well executed project schedule ensures a project's success both on time and on budget. Riviera Electric develops a comprehensive schedule from design through construction, which identifies items critical to the progress of the project and ensures a success.

Quality Assurance and Quality Control
In addition to our everyday quality installation processes and quality initiatives, Riviera Electric participates in many quality programs in the day-to-day contracting business. We are very flexible in regard to the Owner and General Contractor needs' and the desire for continuation and compliance with existing programs.

Coordination
To support coordination among trades, we have a Detail Support Group. This group coordinates activities with those of other trades to ensure the overall scheduling objectives of the project. Their primary responsibility is to convert the contract drawings to a detailed set of installation drawing coordinated with other trades to eliminate any field installation conflicts.

Equipment Purchasing and the Procurement Process
Riviera's procurement practices leverage the combined purchasing power of IES with strategically sourced “Alliance Suppliers” with whom IES has a formal partnering relationship. Through IES Alliance Suppliers we are often able to source hard to find or allocated materials in critical situations when our competitors cannot.
